Your financial donation directly supports the Vertical Green competition. The funds from this fundraiser will go to the operational costs associated with running the competition, including but not limited to: competition insurance, equipment (e.g. dive platform, line rigging, anchor system, athlete “pit”), vessel support fees and fuel, medical staff travel fees, administration materials, food and drinks for the Welcome Ceremony and Awards Ceremony, and drinks for the athletes and crew at the platform. Any remaining funds after the competition will be fully allocated to the development of future USFF CMAS freediving competitions in California. 

The crew are passionate freediving volunteers who have put in countless hours to ensure the execution and success of this event. If you would like to support them and the future of competitions in the US, your contribution will be the fuel that will drive future development of the sport of freediving in California and across the USA.
